US & Canada

Orders for customers in the US and Canada are shipped from our US warehouse.
What this means
• No import duties
• No customs clearance
• Faster local delivery
Taxes
Prices on our website are shown excluding Sales Tax.
• Applicable Sales Tax is calculated during checkout, depending on your location.
• The final price (including taxes) is always shown before completing your order.
Business customers
If your business is exempt from Sales Tax, please send us your exemption certificate before ordering. Once processed, your account will be set up as Sales Tax exempt.
EU customers

Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price clearly displayed alongside.
• For customers ordering in the Netherlands, 21% VAT always applies.
• For customers ordering within the EU (but not in the Netherlands), VAT is calculated based on your country’s VAT rate. The correct VAT will be shown once you enter your shipping address during checkout or in your account.
• For business customers ordering within the EU (but not in the Netherlands) with a valid VAT number, VAT can be excluded (0% VAT). You can enter your VAT number during checkout or in your account. Once validated, VAT will automatically be excluded. Please note that VAT can only be excluded if the VAT number is valid and eligible for intra-community transactions (in accordance with EU VAT regulations).
Outside the EU, US & Canada

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, US or Canada:
• You won’t pay VAT.
• But your local customs may charge import duties and taxes.
These charges are determined by your country (not by us) and are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.
