At no point does colorFabb 3D Printing Inc. keep financial records like credit card details, bank details, etc. in its records. Data is entered into systems from certain selected partners. These partners include (but not exclusive to) DHL and Yoke for shipping, Paypal and Stripe for payment processing, Mailchimp for marketing emails, Magento as the webshop platform and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as ERP system. These partners are all certified to handle data with the highest degree of security.

We use your personal information to conduct our business, such as completing, shipping and tracking your orders, sending you information, offers or promotions, or to contact you for other reasons (such as to ask for updated or corrected information, for example, in order to complete delivery of an order, or to contact you to inform you of updates to content, products or services). When contacted directly by email, colorFabb Inc.may share data with its partners (be it printer manufacturers whose printers are being distributed by colorFabb or resellers and distributors) if this is necessary due to previous agreements or if this is in the best interest of the customer.
Example 1: A school wants to purchase filaments, but can only source locally - we will then share the information with a local reselling partner.
Example 2: A potential customer wants to purchase a printer but the customer is located outside the territory where colorFabb is allowed to sell said printer - we will forward the request to the manufacturer of the printer.

colorFabb is a sister company of Helian Polymers (additives, masterbatches and bioplastics). Whenever applicable we will share data between these companies to provide for a complete service.

If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to the Privacy Policy posted on the Site from time to time and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the state of Delaware.

At any time you can receive a summary of the data that colorFabb Inc. has in it systems. If requested we can remove names and addresses from our systems to a certain extent, but this will mean that a new account has to be made for a next purchase. Your name and details cannot be erased from, say, bank records for obvious reasons.
