FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before returning any products, we want to make sure you’ve seen our ‘How to print with…’ tutorials and that you’ve contacted support@colorfabb.com with any issues you might be having with our material.
To arrange a return shipment send an email to sales@colorfabb.com. Consumers in the EU have a right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, however since filaments are consumables, we can only accept unopened, unused products. For international shipments it's 14 days from shipment.
Always use the return form. Returning shipments without this form filled out completely cannot be processed by us.
You can exchange a product for another product after you have contacted us about exchanging it. Please use the return form for this.
- You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
- To request a return, please contact us via sales@colorfabb.com.
- It is not mandatory to provide a "reason for return," but we recommend doing so to help prevent unnecessary returns.
- Do you want to return items without submitting a request? That’s also possible within 14 days of receipt, but processing your return will take longer. Always include a statement indicating your desire to withdraw.
- The item must be unused and undamaged. If the product is used or damaged, colorFabb may charge a depreciation fee of up to 100%.
- If a product/return shipment is damaged, colorFabb may also charge a depreciation fee.
- Do not write on or place stickers or tape on the original product packaging.
- Pack the returned items in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
- The return shipment must be sufficiently prepaid by the consumer; the cost of return shipping is paid by the consumer.
- The consumer assumes the risk for the return shipment. We therefore recommend sending the package with tracking and keeping the shipping receipt, so you can file a claim with your carrier in case of loss.
- A refund will be processed as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after cancellation.
